Our holiday flats are all located in a typical Vienna residential house in Wilhelminian style from 1880. The interior was beautifully renovated in 2007. You stay here for a bargain price and on top you can settle back in a nice, comfortable and homelike atmosphere.

Centrally located accommodation with convenient access to public transportation, best infrastructure and quiet

The apartment building is situated in the 5th district of Vienna (Margareten) with optimal access to public transportation at the end of a quiet dead end street that opens out into the Scheupark. Within 2 min. walking distance you reach the subway station "Pilgramgasse" (U4), only 2 stations away from "Karlsplatz/Oper" or 3 stations from "Stephansplatz". The district has great infrastructure and offers a wide variety of special shops besides grocery, post office, etc. The well known Vienna "Naschmarkt" is close by as well as several nice restaurants and pubs (e.g. "Schlossquadrat" at Margaretenplatz or the "Little Stage", an Irish pub right on the next corner).

Especially for families with children a city trip to Vienna becomes affordable and convenient by the option to rent a pleasant private holiday flat in our guest house. We are happy to provide you with a cot for smaller children. Also, you are welcome to have additional children sleep in your bed or share a bed with each other without any additional costs. Smaller children will be happy to let off steam in the playground of the park right next to the apartment house.

Boarding House - temporary residence for business and project work

For temporary stays for business or project purposes, as it is common in boarding houses, the apartments can be rented for longer. The costs e.g. for a 180-days stay in apartment (Top 4) would on average be EUR 23.25 / night. The periodic cleanings are included for this kind of temporary residence.

City trips for any kind of groups or extended families - stay in ample apartments

Especially suitable for bigger groups, we offer two large-scale apartments: Top 20 fits up to 14 people, Top 9 in connection with Top 10 fits up to 12 people.

Hostel for backpackers, students, pupils and youth groups -
Cheap overnight stays from EUR 12 / night for young people with low budget.

For backpackers, students, pupils, and other youth groups we offer rooms in the so called holiday flat sharing apartment Top 20 as a comfortable alternative to a youth hostel. On the basis of fourfold occupancy, one night costs as little as EUR 12 per person. The apartment Top 20 can be rented as a whole as well as the three units independently. Two units (Top 20a and Top 20b) consist of one room for four people each. The unit Top 20c consists of one bigger and one smaller room that accommodate 6 people all together. All these units share an anteroom, a common kitchen with a big eating place, a bathroom with four sinks and two showers and two toilets in separate rooms.
