Our apartments

The apartments have all been renovated between November 2007 and April 2008. They are affectionately and modern furnished within a typical Viennese historic house with high and bright rooms connected by old style Viennese doors. Our guests feel at ease with the typical Viennese ambience and enjoy their stay in Vienna!

Cleaning and bed-linen service included

We provide our guests with free bed-linen, towels and dish clothes. During stays which last more than 10 nights the flat will be cleaned every 7 - 10 days and all towels will be changed. Fresh bed-linen will be provided on demand. At your arrival you will find the most necessary things like soap, toilet paper, dish washing detergent, etc. for the first days. All of these mentioned services are included in our already low prices.

Laundry facilities

A laundry room with several modern washing machines and laundry dryers is located in the basement. Laundry baskets, ironing board and iron that are provided in the laundry room, may be used by our guests. All of these facilities are free of charge for our guests. All you need is your own detergent.

Parking and space for bikes

In the courtyard of the apartment house there are 3 parking lots available for our guests, that can be rented additionally. There is enough space to leave bikes in the courtyard.

Low prices including all additional expenses

Prices for accommodation are given in EURO and apply for one night for the whole apartment including all persons. All additional expenses like gas, electricity, water, etc. are included in the prices given. Only the final cleaning is added to this price.
