| Description | This apartment has been newly renovated and is available since end of July 2010.
The apartment is located in the third floor with 4 windows towards the court yard and one towards the park in the west. This apartment is excellently appropiate for families. The flat consists of the following rooms:
- Anteroom
- Sleeping room with 2 single beds, that can be placed next to each other if desired, closet, bed tables
and one bunk bed for 2 more people (which will be removed at the beginning of September 2010, when the modern daybed for the living room will be available)
- Living room with a comfortable lounge, eating place, sideboard
From the beginning of September, there will be a big sofa (modern daybed) that sleeps 2 further people (160*190 cm) which will replace the bunk bed in the sleeping room
- Kitchen integrated into the living room, completely equipped with a dishwasher, a stove with oven, mikrowave, coffee machine, toaster, egg boiler, electric kettle, etc
- Bathroom with 2 washbasins and shower
- Separated toilet
